How was my skin today?

Ropey. Had a few blemishes that were annoying me but again nothing to worry about and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all when attending the Paddock Wood half marathon. Even at time when there loads of people in close proximity.

How was my picking/attitude to my skin?

Very good in the morning. I left my skin alone despite some small blemishes which in the past I would have picked. I knew picking would make it worse so left them and got on with the day.

I did have a pick at the end of the day but one blemish was pretty much ready to go. Nothing too bad but should still have left until the morning.

Was my diet good?

Yes I ate very well today.

What were the highlights of the day?

The Paddock Wood half marathon was great. I was so pleased with myself to beat the target time I had set. I really pushed hard at the end to get a good time.

So many of my running friends were delighted with their times as you can see by some of the smiling faces. It was a great morning.

I chatted to a few people during the run too. Complete strangers some of them and tried to offer encouragement. I love running right now.

What was I greatful for today?

My friends. I feel like I have more friends now than ever before. People who respect me but also genuine like me. It makes me very happy.

What is my current Mantra?

#AnytingIsPossible

If you really believe, then anything is possible. You can be whoever you want to be, achieve whatever you want to. It will likely involve a lot of hard work and some pain to reach those goals but every now and again you’ll achieve something which will make you smile and feel really proud of yourself.
