How was my skin today?

It wasn’t actually very good. 1 blemish giving me hassle, although it’s hidden with my glasses so no-one knows it’s there so that’s a positive.

How was my picking/attitude to my skin?

Very good. I looked 1 hour before going for my run. Had to pick the blemish which is being annoying.

I did look again at around tea time as the blemish was uncomfortable and needed attention. But didn’t look at night time again which is the key.

Was my diet good?

Yes I ate well today. Really getting the munchies and eating a lot. I suppose when you do a run which buts 2000 calories you are going to be hungry.

What were the highlights of the day?

I did my first ever 3 hour+ run and did 28 kilometers. My longest ever.

What was I greatful for today?

My fitness. My friends. Great to see people I know and say hello to when out running.

What is my current Mantra?

#BeYourBestFriend

Treat myself like I would my best friend with positive self talk and compliments.
