How was my skin today?

Yeah it was ok. No real major blemishes.

How was my picking/attitude to my skin?

It was good. Cleaned a few pores out with a tissue but not hard on myself anymore about that. I think that’s good to do sometimes. As long as it’s under control.

Didn’t pick at night time which is the key.

Was my diet good?

Yes although I did eat my main meal too late.

What were the highlights of the day?

My latest counselling session was great. Signing up to these was the start of the turn around. That’s why I decided to talk to someone and to be honest it’s been a massive success.

Often now when I’m struggling or having a bad day I hear the positive comments I get from my counsellor and that really helps and lifts my mood.

What was I grateful for today?

Fresh clean water straight out the tap. Easy to forget how lucky we are to have this.

What was my Mantra Today?

#BeTheBestYou

I’m really keen to be the best version of myself and I edging closer. I would like to fast track my way there now but I am pleased with my progress.
