How was my skin today?
It was good. It has been for a while now.
How was my picking/attitude to my skin?
Good again. Still looked at night time. Si!!! But didn’t pick which is great. Just need to nail down that night time routine now and I’m there.
Was my diet good?
Very good. Was close to mixing it up when I went shopping and then actually changed my mind and put stuff back. Pleased with myself for doing that. Keep it simple.
What were the highlights of the day
I started the day by writing a list of everything I needed to do. I then prioritised that list and worked through it 1 and a time. It kept me focused on what I needed to do and eventually it turned into a very productive day.
I had a good gym session. I went running with my friends which was great. I was really positive during the run, chatting to everyone, complimenting people and fist pumps all round at the end. That’s the me I want to me and the one I need to be to make my new running project a success.
What was I grateful for today?
My running friends. They are awesome.
