How was my skin today?
It wasn’t great but self inflicted due to picking. Numpty.
How was my picking/attitude to my skin?
Not good enough.
So I just need to reintroduce my plan for picking. Stick to it. Even when I don’t feel like it and even on days my skin isn’t good. If I stick to the plan my skin will improve and I will also feel much better within myself, just like I do with my running.
Was my diet good?
Yes I still ate well which is a positive.
What were the highlights of the day?
The Hastings 5 miler was a massive success. Great to see so many of my friends. I had aimed for 43 minutes and I did it in 41:20. Delighted and again felt quite comfortable.
Loads of positive feedback from the other runners which always means a lot to me. Excited for what lies ahead.
What was I grateful for today?
My running friends. They are awesome.
