How was my skin today?
Yeah it was ok. Bit tired but nothing major to worry about.
How was my picking/attitude to my skin?
I definitely did better today. A few little picks but nothing major and got on with my day which was productive.
Was my diet good?
I did eat well. Shopped at Aldi for a change but my trolley was full of healthy goodies.
What were the highlights of the day?
I’m trying a TV ban. Why? Because I felt like I was wasted too much of my life sitting and watching TV.
I want to be more productive. I want to get more work done, go for more walks and read more. I want to be that better person and I think less TV will certainly help that.
What was I grateful for today?
