How was my skin today?

It’s not bad. A blemish on the back of my neck which is giving me grief but that can be strategically hidden #backwardshatwhenrunning

How was my picking/attitude to my skin?

These are the type of days in the past I would have failed. A lazy day. I was knackered from my 10k yesterday. I even played squash which left me aching and exhausted.

I did some work, not enough. But I rarely ventured to the mirror and when I did I quickly moved on. As disappointed as I am in my productivity for the day I’m equally as pleased at how I didn’t pick.

Was my diet good?

What do you think? I’m like a buddhist monk when it comes to my diet and discipline.

What were the highlights of the day?

I had a good game of squash with my dad. My TV ban is over and I enjoyed watching some tennis at Wimbledon.

What was I grateful for today?

The progress I have made with my picking.
