How was my skin today?

Not too bad, recovered well.

How was my picking/attitude to my skin?

I did a lot better today. Paid far less attention to my skin. Went training with the running club, put in a strong session, enjoyed it, never felt uncomfortable.

I did find myself in front of the mirror at 11pm but quickly walked away. Should really be in bed earlier but I’ll get that routine sorted soon.

Was my diet good?

Shopping at Lidl for a change but all the same stuff on the list. Probably saved a good £10 shopping there. Not bad for a 4 day shop.


What were the highlights of the day?

I’m pleased that I pushed myself to run in the top group again. But more pleased that it encouraged a friend of mine to come too. We ran together for 4 miles before she pulled away at the end but I think they appreciate my support and encouragement.

I did my latest runner interview which was great. A lady that has overcome so much in her life and is now doing better than ever. Looking forward to writing that one up.

What was I grateful for today?

Not really sure to be honest. I guess the support and encouragement from my running friends. It means a lot to me.
