A solid day but can do better. I had a nice run with my club in the morning. The weather was terrible but I find it’s great for my mood and my mental health. The fresh air, the exercise, the social interaction. What more could you ask for?

After that I did some work but was probably a bit too lazy. Watched a bit too much TV.

I’m going to introduce a new rule of only watching TV after 8pm during the week and then at weekends I can watch the sport.

Picking was good. That’s the main thing I guess. I ate well, perhaps too much if anything. Just need to make these days a little bit more productive moving forward. Hopefully the introduction of my new fitness plan will help with that.
