Friday 4th October – Better

A much better day. I was more positive in my actions. I went through my process. My blemish did pop in the evening but is still not completey gone. It’s better though for my trip to Bournemouth which is a relief.

This is what I need to do. Ignore my skin for the day, live my life and stick to the processes that I know will help it be the best it can possibly be. That’s all I can do. From there if it’s bad, it’s bad. I can do no more.

I was disappointed with my sleep routine. I worried too much about falling asleep with the Marathon coming up. I need to just focus on being mindful and enjoy that moment in bed.

Even if I am not sleeping the mindful aspect is improving me as a person so it’s time well spent.
