Life is always full of ups and downs. One day to the next can be so different. Saturday I felt lost. I spent the day indoors, doing some work and not a great deal else.
I didn’t see anyone, my mood was poor. I felt lonely. It was a rest day from running so I didn’t even get out for a jog. Saturday was shit.
Sunday was great. I got up at 7.30 am and was out of the house by 8.10 am for my weekly long run. I joined on with the Hastings Runners group at9am and did an hour with them. In total, I smashed out 30K in over 3 hours. It felt awesome.
I was in a more positive mood for the rest of the day. Some of my football tips did amazingly well and won me a fair bit of money. I interacted more on social media. I felt 10 times better than yesterday. Sunday was good.
Life is like this. Some days are shit. Some days are good. But try not to get too down on the bad days. Do not let it affect your picking especially or your self-image. Everyone goes through it.
